I'm wondering if we can add Opera Browser 9.5 into our apps.
Even though opera provides portable versions but it's not based on portable apps platform. And to any portableapps lovers who do also like Opera Browser, this is a pity.

By the way i want to know why i can't download things here? I tried to download a platform for my classmate but always failed.
With regards.

Opera9.5
Opera has been requested several times, and unfortunately can't currently be done because this site only supports open source applications.
For the download issues, do not do "right click -> save as", you must use the left click on the download button.

i did not do that.
I tried firefox, opera and IE none of them works i don't why, maybe just Chinese government blocked sourceforge?
I'll just wait and pray.
Thank yo so much for explaining and have a nice day!
…it does sound as if SourceForge is being filtered.
Just in case it's some other problem, try going directly to the PortableApps.com download page at SourceForge.net. If it's the mirror-selection system that's causing problems, you can try pasting into your browser's location bar the direct address for SourceForge's Taiwan mirror, Japan mirror or California mirror, immediately followed by the installer file name.
For example, the installer file name for ClamWin Portable would be ClamWin_Portable_0.93.1.paf.exe (as found on SourceForge's download page or embedded in the Download Now link on the app's description page).
Good luck! -hea
