moving the attachment pane to the top

I need to move the attachment pane to the top of the viewer window

as per: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=2530250#2530250

i had this in TB but cannot get it happening in TBP

I know it to do with folder locations - can someone assist?

What folder

did you put the 2 files in?

yeah - I set up Chrome Edit Plus and used that to sort it out.

It was a files location issue
