how to turn off session storage?

Hi
I just ran portable firefox for the first time on my USB and selected the store session. It has made the processing a little bit slow as my USB stick is not high performance. How can I turn this off again? Is there an INI setting somewhere?
Thanks

Support Pages

Heya qwertyjjj,

Always be sure to check the application support pages first. That setting's mentioned right on it: https://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#performance

Undo closed tabs

Firefox 3.0 saves tab info in case you want to undo closed tabs. The default is 10 tabs.

If you are like me, I do three things consistently:

  1. Open all bookmarks from a folder into tabs, and then close the tab as I read each page.
  2. When reading a page with several links, I will open an interesting link in a new tab, read the new page, and then close the tab, leaving me back at the original tab without needing a reload.
  3. Searching Google or whatever - I always open each link in a new tab, read the page, and then close the tab, leaving me back at the Google search page.

These behaviors really churn the undo closed tabs capability. You can change the default 10 tabs to say 2 to 5 tabs by adjusting the following item in your about:config
browser.sessionstore.max_tabs_undo
