Bluescreencrash while deleting GIMP-Portable from DVDRAM

I wanted to delete GIMP Portable from my Toshiba Tecra M4 Tablet notebook DVDRAM (udf 1.5). Windows XP tablet edition SP2 crashed showing blue screen and restarted. Errorlog says:

Then I deleted the files one after the other but after having deleted a lot of them, Windows crahed again. Toshiba self-testing utility says the DVD-device would be ok (and it seems to work properly), there are no viruses working and using another disk, Windows crashes too. Deleting GIMP from USB-Stick was no problem.
