Anyone here speak Chinese?

I'm in need of someone who speaks Chinese. I need someone to translate this page for me. I need to know what the improvements are to the 6.1 ROM V2. For some reason my translation tool isn't working (and half the time the translations don't make sense anyway). Any help would be greatly appreciated. The page is here:

Hmmm... It's still pretty

Hmmm... It's still pretty hard to understand but it looks like the IE and WMP button issue may have been fixed in this new release. That's exactly what I wanted to know.
