It looks pretty nice, man. I think it would almost be a better alternative than the default 'arrow in a a circle' one. A 48x48 icon in there would be nice, too.

I added the 16x16 version as my avatar
A 48x48 would be cool but not many places used that size.. (Thumbnail view perhaps?)
It looks good but I like the arrow icon better. I just don't think a start menu lookalike makes a good icon image.
and some folks don't use the PAP/PAM so the current icon works as it is more generic to all the apps.
Seeing the arrow there is in keeping with the PAP being more than just a menu now.
