EDFF(Easy Duplicate File Finder)

I'm new at this, i'm not a programmer, i'm just throwing an idea out there so i'll try be brief, I can't find an easy dups f finder that does something like the "Remove Duplicate" extension in the Thunderbird to remove duplicate e-mail, which i find very easy to use.
Although there are other programs to do this, the problem that i find tedious is the check and unchek of all the files to keep or delete, and WinMerge it's not exactly friendly user, at least not for me.
So i think it would be neat to have an app that would help cleaning years of back-ups and copying files to one drives or partition and flash drives or the wrong folder and discover it years later and try to figure out if has to be delete it or not.
