I'm looking for a portable photo-manager. Like Picasa or ACDSee.
Does anybody know an Opensource-App, which could be made portable?
Or a Freeware, that already is?
I need a program with a Database, Albums and Keyword-Management.

Yes. There is one I can think of which would be:
SmithTech.Us - XnView Portable
XnView Portable 1.91.3
(This is not a link to a PortableApps Application)
The latest stable version of XnView is 1.94.2 as listed from their website here.
There is also a Portable Infranview floating around the web, but I am not sure that's what you are looking for. I don't think it will do what you want it to, and I am not sure how portable it really is. You might be able to find a PortableApps launcher somewhere around the forums here for XnView though I can't really say that for sure. I do think that XnView would be your best option considering what you were asking for. There is also Cornice, but I think the project has been outdated and not maintained for quite some time. I will go on and list a reference for its portable anyways.

Cornice doesn't support keywords or albums, but XnView is nice. I did already know of the standard version and i liked it, but i didn't know of the Portable Version! So I give XnView Portable a try. (I experienced some instability and performance-issues with the standard version and many pics.)
