New apps

Include all apps from the opencd, and also make it available for other platforms. also, include google toolbar but if closed source, include mozilla googlebar

It is illegal to distribute Firefox with any extensions or theme changes without the express written consent of Mozilla. And they aren't giving it.

As for OpenCD, I'm actually working on a couple of em already.
