I was installing clamwin in my new pen drive ,when the message pops up saying unable to open file for writing two files with .pyd ext and one pdf manual file.
what to do.

I never heard of something like that.
I'd try redownloading the installer and reinstall it.
If the error persists, check your drive for file system errors.
