I just want to order the icons by myself~

Not Quite Yet

Unfortauntely, the applications in the menu are ordered alphabetically at the moment and there's no real change or hack for that. However, in the next menu release there will be some options to reorder the icons by pin-to-top and stuff like that. In the mean time, if this really frustrates you (which it seems to), you can try to use the unsupported PAM Mod which I believe has this feature.
