OK, currently I am splitting application launch between PortableApps and Pstart... I love PortableApps and would really rather use it for all my needs. While searching I did just find the thread that spoke about a mod and I've currently downloaded it and found it to be perfect for my needs.
My only question, I guess, is this... Is the official PortableApps ever going to support grouping, hiding apps, moving/dragging//renaming apps within the menu itself?
Now I apologize if it's been asked before, I am unfortunately on very slowband right now and am not able to browse through the forums as well as I would like. I did some searching but if it has been asked then if someone would kindly post a link I would be more than happy to check it out.
Thanks!

Quick question from a semi-newb

What I know for sure is this: We all hope it will support this but no one knows until John releases the new Menu.
So although I cant tell you that its 100% certain , I dont think John will not include these often requested features.
I hope that answered your question and welcome here

Sweet, thanks. I've been using the suite for a couple months now and really like it, but I'm a customization fiend, so I'm all about wanting/getting something to do exactly what I want it to do.
And thanks for the welcome! I'll see what I can do about insinuating myself.
I'd be happy if there was just some way to rename the menu options. It seems to be pulling the menu name from the .exe description field. I added a couple of MS tweak tools (WinDiff etc) to the menu and the menu text is useless. It just tells me that it is copyright Microsoft rather than what the program is.
