Very good application!
I want to ask you kindly if there is an application that lock down the usb stick. When I want to access the usb stick, I would like to have a password in order to avoid opening from someone else a (maybe) stolen usb stick's information.

The only sure-fire way to do this is with a hardware-encrypted stick. Folks like Kingston and others make them but they are pricier than other sticks.
The other option is to encrypt the important stuff on your drive. Things like passwords (via KeePass), website logins (via Firefox's master password), email logins (via Thunderbird's master password) and important files (via Toucan).
Yet another option is to encrypt everything using something like TrueCrypt. This creates a virtual encrypted partition on your drive and lets you mount it only if you know the password. The only downside is that it will only work on PCs you are logged into with administrator privileges.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
