Menu de arriba a la izquierda con el icono de Miranda... selecciona "buscar/agregar contactos" (el mio está en español, pero supongo que en el original en inglés será algo como "search/add contacts" o "find/add contacts"
Una vez allí escoje primero la red (MSN, Yahoo, Jabber, etc) y luego el mail o el nick/nombre y le das a buscar... el resto se entiende solo...
