How can I add a custom page (with just my own text and 'next' button) to PortableApps.com installer?

The PortableApps.com Installer can only have a components page (if you add the single optional bit) or a license page added. No other custom pages are supported.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
