I know that larger derives are sometimes slower, but that's way too much.
There isn't a manual install, but installing the whole thing to your desktop and then copying it over should work.

Got a new one after RMA'ing the last one.
Installs the standard Suite in 14:25 min.
A bit slower than the old 2Gb Kingston Traveler, but not any where near the hours it took with the previous Corsair....so it works now.
Would be nice to have more installation times here...to get an overview of times per USB-stick.
Did it again after NTFS formatting with the HP USB-disk storage format tool: 27:40 min
Reformatted FAT32 again with the HP tool: 20:10 min. Strangely a lot more than the first time. The HP tool formats with 16kb size allocation units. NTFS used 4kb. I don't know how Corsair delivered it?
Changed the windows option in the properties to optimize for performance instead of removal and the install went to 17:30min

Corsair issued a RME after getting my test data.
Hope the next one does work.
does RME mean?

I run on exactly this device with no issues whatsoever. It's not the fastest device, but it's huge and virtually indestructible!
