I tried somehow to add some more icons to the list, well did not succeed so far.
Any hints how to do this or is there some exact spec for the icons or??

If you browse into XenonPortable\App\xenon\themes you'll see the two included themes. Make a copy of one directory, rename it and start playing with it to create a new icon set.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
That would be a bug. For now you can copy the icon file into XenonPortable\App\xenon\themes\[theme name]\assoc.
Edit: Just create the folders:
XenonPortable\App\xenon\theme\userdefined
and
XenonPortable\App\xenon\theme\userdefined\assoc

icons can be added, but then all works ok.
First I tried to add some icons I had, but they were 48x48 and this lead to some unpredictable behaviour when trying to use it. Installation behaved somehow in some kind of half crash.
Edited the icons to be 32x32 and then they were accepted as they are in the folder.
