I don't know if there is a free app that can to protect a folder with a password.
Now that a lot of us use the Portable Apps and we have many files there, i want to protect some folders thinking in the probability of lose my USB.
If some one knows about an app like this, i will apreciate the info.

I know of one, it's called lockdir.
Don't use it, it's not secure.

It can create archives which can be used as folders so long as you access them from 7-zip and it is very secure.
