What do you mean?
Here, everything is open source. Other pages may have trialware too but I reckon its diffiicult to do cause if you movbe PCs, whoever makes the program has to ensure you dont use it longer than you´re supposed to without saving it to the registry.

That's pretty much Shareware, in case you have to pay for the full version.
I doubt you could make a shareware portable.
The only portable shareware I know of is XYplorer. Not worth the price IMO, since it still has issues that should've been taken care of long ago.
