Note: I saw this and thought it'd be great for portableapps as our main focus is open-source. A lot of freeware registry cleaners have gone portable so i thought it might be good if we could get an official PA one. hope someone takes this up.

First of all it's Written in C# which requires .net and second of all I will never touch registry cleaners, they can be dangerous to the operating systems (My Personal Experiences man :P)
