Nope not at the moment, I don't think John even has that set as a new feature in the next release. Maybe the release after that but it's really hard to say...

Have you tried the R34 Mod Menu? It is a fork of the official PortableApps.com menu, so it is not officially supported here.
It has the capability to change the colors of the applications list.
