I've had a look, and this is really easy to do, but thought I should get some thoughts on this first:
Should we prefix users from the Mibbit widget on this site with pasupport_ instead of mib_ to make it more obvious who is using it?
(Technical note: This involves just adding "&nick=pasupport_%3F%3F%3F%3F" to the end of the Mibbit URL loaded in the iframe)

Ya I think that would help so we know whether they are gonna want support or whether they are just a regular user who forgot to rename themselves :/ Although one problem is we need to make sure that the nick won't be too long then because freenode only allows nicks to be so long :/

Sounds good. I would make it like "pasupt_" as a prefix just so it's shorter.
