Hi - is there a URL that will directly download the latest version for a preset language? Something like "https://downloads.sourceforge.net/portableapps/Firefox_Portable_3.0.3_de...", but not mentioning the version number, so that it would always get me the latest one?

As far as I know, the version number is always in the file name.
