As mentioned, it's a reader. Like Adobe Reader. Use OpenOffice.org Portable to create PDFs.

Isn't PDFTK a program to do that?
PDFTK is for manipulating pdfs, not for creating them.

so, I take it (and I looked around on the SumatraPDF site) there's no way to Save images as PNG or jpg??
