I can't download any apps from this site, even with my firewall off. Any ideas?
What's happening when you click the download button? Make sure you're left clicking, and not right click -> save as, because those links redirect.
Yes, I'm left clicking. There is brief modem activity, then it stops. The screen does not change at all
Try accessing http://sourceforge.net. Can you get there alright?
Same thing as before. Brief modem activity, etc.
Well, SourceForge is where all of our downloads are hosted. This is a personal PC?
Using Win XP Home, with Firefox 2.0.0.16, and no firewall. Pop-ups NOT blocked. Curious. I'll try with IE 6.0.29
and got the same result. Brief modem activity then nothing; same screen.
Perhaps this is a TCP problem on my end. However, I have no trouble connecting to other sites.
What if you try to access SourceForge by it's IP address? http://216.34.181.60
Same results using IP addr.
What if you try accessing using a web proxy like http://www.hidemyass.com/ ?
Perhaps my IP or my ISP is being blocked; but I can't imagine why.
Many thanks.
