Lost profile info and setting from FF214 to FF303

Looks like this problem is persisting from different version of FF and from different mediums. As Subject line reveals it started from version 214 and it has bugging me to this day when I using FF303. On this time I have using mutliple mediums (Apacer 1G & 2G, Corsair Survivor 4G & 16G and at least 4 different laptop hard drives (Samsung, Hitachi and from 20G up to the 160G) with portable box.
I have using multiple addons and themes. Looks like themes are unaffected but some addons are affected more then others. Once i even used "clean" version PFF but after some time it did it to - so I concluded its not addon problem.

So - the problem - after installing some addons and after customization (settings and stuff) FF works very nicely some time. Then out of the blue it forgets most of the settings - home page, installed addons, bookmarks are some times totally lost, some setting. Interesting part is it remembers the browser customization like moved search bar, added/moved buttons. I will add a link to pic to show You how it looks like after that kind of crash.

So - if You guys have more questions then ask. At this moment I dont know what else I should add. Its kind of strange deal and at least one of my coworker have same kind of problem. We use mostly same kind of set addons. So I am not alone with this. Any ideas ???

PS. Its not persisted with only one PC. It have happened in all 3 my regular computers - personal PC and laptop and work PC, once it happened in one more PC and I was kind of veru pi***ed off that time but that is different story ..
