v. 1.5
Dragging and dropping files between tabs moves the files, instead of merely copying them, even between different drives. Please make it so that the default action is copying, or make it a preference that can be set.
Thank you.

Xenon File Manager
Actually, the default should be the same as with Explorer windows. If it's the same drive, move it. If it's a different drive, copy it. Just adding my note for when John reads this.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Your file manager seems to have problems with "larger" numbers of files:
I tried to copy about 70 1.5 MB files today from a network drive to a local desktop folder but I was unable to copy them all at once; I got an error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". However, copying the files in smaller groups (up to 13, and not one more) worked without any problem. Later when I wanted to delete the copied files I ran into the same issue, except there the file limit seems to be 25.
Oh, and when I copy files to/delete files from a directory, I really would like Xenon to auto-refresh the viewing pane.
I wanted to move folders on a network drive from the root directory to a sub-directory, and got a warning that Xenon couldn't do it. I was offered to cancel, try again or try as admin.
When I checked the target folder, however, the folders were there. Yet they were also still in the source folder. A second pass - single folders, drag and drop or Cut/Paste via menu - then moved the files and subdirectories, but left the top-level folders in the source directory.
Only can hope it will work better in the future 'cause it's a good idea at least.
This is how it should be but what about shortcuts, why aren't there any icons?
Do you have any plans to give Xenon the ability to handle network shares (\\ addresses), or would that go beyond what you have in mind for the program?
A network drive with 900+ folders (folder size calculation off) takes about 30 seconds to show... which makes it a bit of a pain to use Xenon there. I hope the new version will be a bit faster.
The new version should be faster if there are few or no desktop.ini files in subfolders or executables.

I am trying Xenon for the 1st time and love the tabs. But I can't set up file associations because Xenon has to be there on the C: drive with the executables. Will this be fixed soon? Thanks.
On this page we can only start a new thread as part of Scitale's original post.
Oops - my dumb.
I get this error message when I open the Computer-Rootdrive.
If I click Try Again (Wiederholen) I get the message again and if I click Cancel (Abbrechen) it shows the Computer-Rootdrive as it should without the errormessage.
What the f**** is the fault???

It seems like an AutoIt bug. There are tons of those. There's not really anything I can do about it. Stay tuned for 2.0 though, it doesn't use AI.

Ok, I'll wait for the next version.
But hurry on, this bug is annoying...

Hi
I can't run Xenon ver2.0 portable(korean language)
Why! I don't know that
attached two korean translation files : xenon.po and xenon.mo
https://sourceforge.net/tracker2/index.php?func=detail&aid=2368297&group...
.\App\xenon\lang\ko_Kr folder is two file lng.txt and xenon.mo
============
lng.txt file
42
korean (ko)
============
Thank You!!
The language id is 121, not 42. 42 is the English one. You will also need to rename ko_Kr to ko. Also the file is called lang.txt not lng.txt. Unfortunately there is no good way to determine what the ids are without looking through code. Thank you for the translation. If you want to continue this discussion can we carry on the conversation in this topic? Thanks.
