I know Nathan is working on a launcher for Recuva. Hasn't been touched in a while but believe he may be picking it back up soon.

Restoration is a small and portable program. Even small enough for a floppy disk.
Emailing them and BOTH recsetup (recuva)
and ccsetup (ccleaner)
will both run portable.
how portable I don't know.
