A CC launcher

Hi,
I would like to present a launcher in the public domain (CC licence) named "AeTrayMenu". It's easy to customise, and the sources are available on the web site of the author (developped in Delphi Sad ).

We could use a script to automate configuration, possibly -- for those who appreciate the drag'n'drop-ability of PStart.
