Portable Apps take awhile to install?

it is now coming up on 10 minutes to install PortableApps. is this normal?

more definateively....

the combination of the install you are using(lite, normal or suite), the flash drive (Read / Write Speeds) and the USB you are using (1.1 or 2.0)

yeeees...

and that is how i just explained it.

i explained how what hardware you use defines your speed but instead of just saying "your speed is limited by your hardware" i explained what factors of the hardware determine the speed.
