the combination of the install you are using(lite, normal or suite), the flash drive (Read / Write Speeds) and the USB you are using (1.1 or 2.0)

i explained how what hardware you use defines your speed but instead of just saying "your speed is limited by your hardware" i explained what factors of the hardware determine the speed.
