Opening File Associations

Hi Guys,

I had a question, with the new Portable Fire Fox, is there a way to set portably which programs will open my torrents? for example when on a site the program always asks me. I set it to never ask again but now it keeps on asking me to show it the application exe. Is there a file I can manually change to automatically select things like foxit pdf reader and utorrent for torrents?

The next questions I have, is there a file viewing extension for Firefox? this is so that I can quickly look into my folders to check the current version of file I am downloading?

File association is stored

File association is stored locally by the OS. You have to use your preferred program to open the file. Firefox can browse the local machine without any extensions. Simply type the address (e.g. E:\PortableFirefox) into the URL bar. It is quite basic, though.

Preferred Program

I understand this, but how do I set the preffered Programs, from within Firefox or in a settings file. Also once I set this information, how do I set it to change when the drive letter of the applications change (for portable applications)?

Also I understand file viewing is built it, but its not as easy to use as explorer (in terms of drag and drop and rename)
