Notes: It's pretty portable on it's own, I mainly took care of the settings.ini handling. I've used a Delphi launcher instead of NSIS, mainly because I will also need it for another, more complicated tool.

Sorry, should have noted, that it's 'just' freeware. That's the reason I did not include the application in the installer (it offers to download it for you). I posted a more detailed description on my blog, I'm not sure if linking there would be self-promotion, that's why I didn't link to it.
Does anyone think they would consider updating this? Works pretty for my use so far.
