Just make sure they are in two different directories/folders:

eg:
...\FirefoxPortable
...\FirefoxPortable3

or
...\FirefoxPortable
...\FirefoxPortable2

or
...\FirefoxPortable2
...\FirefoxPortable3

but remember, if you want to use them with the PAM, both will show up with the same name,
FirefoxPortable
[well, actually, Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition]

Can't rename ?

The Menu item ?
if so what the .EXE ?
I think I read you can't change/rename it ?
not sure.

You can't rename it yet. It will be supported with the next version of the menu.
