Fastest USB device for running PortableApps?

So what's the fastest USB device for running PortableApps on?

Ideally something reasonably priced and some method of measuring speed.

Let me know.

...

I've never seen a drive that doesn't, though... I used to have a keyboard with a 2-port hub built-in, and none of my flash drives would work on it due to not enough power.
