When i want to check the whole Email-Header View->Header->All (Ansicht->Kopfzeilen->Alle)
I miss a scrollbar there to see the whole header. In the normal body of a message it appears normally, but in the header part its not there, nor in the message showed in the frame nor in the message displayed in a popup-window. i cannot read all, because eben pgdown or cursor keys dont help.
i dont know if i make some mistake, its a general bug in 2.0.0.18 or in the portable apps build.

This is the way Thunderbird itself works. The header pane has no scrollbar or scroll abilities and is meant to be shown in a window larger than itself. If you'd like it changed, you could file a bug report against Thunderbird within bugzilla.mozilla.org. It doesn't really affect most users since a very, very small percentage have it set to view all headers and of those that do, most have screens large enough to accomodate it. I think the header junk within your messages (I counted 8 X- lines) is causing it to be much larger than usual, which is simply adding to your issues.
I'd suggest leaving show all headers off as there's usually no reason to look at them. In the rare instance you need to look at a message's full headers, just click CTRL-U to view the message source including full headers in a new scrollable window.

maybe usually its shorter, this spam mail went over a mail reproducer (i dont know the correct english word)
the point is why i want to see the full header is for configuring a custom anti spam filter for russian / kyrillian spam on our linux server. and because there is no gui only the cli i wanted to analyse the mails in my thunderbird.
i think i will open a bugreport

the SOLUTION
because it seems very difficult do implement this scrollbar there is a
header scroll extension

works but not compatible to enigmail. i have to disable it and restart TB. Then i can scroll
