are you behind a proxy?

When you are connected, open Firefox
goto tools/options/advanced/internet connection -> change to "..automatic..."
Else use the Proxy Get utility hosted on this site to set the connection data
https://portableapps.com/downloads/ProxyGet.exe

Some friendly advice

In case you were unaware, using all capitals and a demanding command such as
!TELL ME!
is considered not polite, and rude.

A better way to start might be, "Can you please help?"

And Welcome to PortableApps.com.

I made this half-pony, half-monkey monster to please you.

Thank you for your Friendly Advice

I changed my FFP3.04's setting "Automatic proxy Configuration URL.."
But I used ProxyGet.exe and Typed to proxy manual setting..
Then I can CONNECT!
yeah!
Your advice helped me.
I wish to express my gratitude to you.

And I have little question:
Anything doesn't change into the display like English though I tried to make the language Japanese by installing ja.xpi.
Is it good when doing very?

Should I newly build this question?
Please give the opinion to me. I will at once answer as soon as possible though it is not likely to be able to answer.

If you don't mind, please reply.

Simple

If you already installed the locale file, then my advice is to install Locale Switcher and restart. Then you can use the menu to change the language used, and restart so the new language settings take effect.
