I wonder if it is possible to backup and encrypt in the same time for more security than just password with backup.
Is it possible to extract some files if we want then to a different place ( easily).

with a password is just as secure as doing a backup and then encrypting it as they both use the AES method of encryption, although I believe in slightly different forms.
For restoring certain file, that is not currently possible, but you can use 7zip Portable from this site to do it.
