This is my first post and I hope I can be usefull.
I find InkScape a nice graphics application to include in Portable Apps.
It still in development, but I think its a great vector graphics application. Here's the link for a direct download http://inkscape.modevia.com/win32/inkscape-0.46.win32.7z
Hope this can be included.
