I wonder if there is any portable application for video chat? Yes, I know that there is no chance that Skype would ever be made portable. 
But probably there are any alternatives?

Actually, there are ways to make it portable without warez. You just have to research a little bit. Personally, I would research the command parameters rather then warez because the command line is safer
