portable axiom / openaxiom / fricas (computer algebra system) with (win)texmacs as user interface

Hi it would be good if there was portable axiom program
it is open source computer algebra system
it has several "forks" - differrent ways of development.

http://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=200168 - fricas - uses cygwin (for windows)
http://www.open-axiom.org/ - open axiom

axiom uses several graphical interfaces
one of them is Wintexmacs/texmacs

(win)texmacs works with axiom if certain file
(AXIOMsys.exe) is in the search PATH
then from (win)texmacs menus "insert>session>axiom"
it is possible to work with axiom

so it would be good if this combination axiom/texmacs was portable
