portable fotobook design software

Hi all,

I've a question. I'm looking for a german software for designing a fotobook. I'll only have access to a restricted (concerning any installations) computer, but I would like to create a photobook for christmas. And therefore I would need the software. So if anyone of you could help me out, that would be great...
