Emulater for DS

Is there any way to make a portable apps emulator for ds? Like a ds home brew rom. Does the ds even have the capabilities to do that? Please reply.

I don't think so

not only that but the DS

not only that but the DS doesnt have the computational power to run Portable apps. Architecture is also different. Also most of the FLASH CARTS are different.
