This is probably not just for portable, but there is one site, even though it is allowed to execute javascript, and is allowed to make popups, does not show popups.
I'll put up pics of option menus shortly.

This wouldn't be a PFF problem but a FF problem if you can call it that. The site is probably generating the popups very oddly. It may be IE-only, in fact.
