thunderbird hangs when im opening a message

thunderbird hangs when im opening a message

hi.

when im opening a message with attachment it hangs. appears a message "loading message" and it hangs. now its slower than before and now neither TB start, its too slow.

help me please. what can i do?

i think theres a solution

i did.

steps:

*install TB Portable in your HD
*onfigure your account as in your external device
*copy the files (not folders) from TB\Data\profile (in HD) to TB\Data\profile (in *External device)
*done

i hope this can help to any one.
