Command line ThunderbirdPortabel shutdown

Is there a way to shut down TBP neatly using a command line?
The purpose of this is to be able to shut it down from a batch file.

Found an extension (Mail

Found an extension (Mail Tweak) that adds shutdown support:
ThunderbirdPortable.exe -quit

It works great. Just that it's a large extension just for a shutdown feature.
