Clipboard Manager: Import/Export?

Clipboard Managers have always been a bit frustrating for me because I'm unable to quickly Import/Export the text(this doesn't apply to anything else) of it's database and I would like a Clipboard Program that my have these kind of features.

The database or Import/Export files would be labeled like usual but inside the format would be like.

#EXTDB
#EXTCN,????
?--?
#EXTCN,????
?--?
#EXTCN,????
?--?

???? - Name of clip

?--? - Clip data
