Export settings

I would like to move my settings from Firefox installed in vista to Firefox Portable but I've not been able to do it with the instructions i found in the FAQs, this is due the fact that firefox in vista has different folders than in xp.
Does someone know what can I do?

Only Change

The only change is that the "Documents and Settings" folder is now called "Users".
