Hello,
I noticed in that in MirandaPortable, the IRC protocol is missing in the program menus and settings.
Both the unicode and ansi IRC.dll's are installed, but the program doesn't seem to be seeing them.
I've re-downloaded the app and installed it to a different location and the problem persists.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Forgot to mention, I'm running this in Linux with WINE. Switched over to Windows for a moment and the IRC plugin was active. Looks like it was something that doesn't work under WINE as of yet.
