I need an app that allows me to lock my screen with a custom password so when I get up and leave my reserved computer is secure. Prefferably one with a customizable background image. Any Ideas?

I don't think there is a really secure software other than the operating system itself that could securely lock a workstation.
It's freeware, not OSS, and it stores some settings to the registry, but it does just what you want it to do.

Perhaps someone can make a launcher?
EDIT:
It only needs the files in its own folder - nothing in the windows root, and nothing in D&S - and it autocreates a set of reg keys in HKLM/software/matrix after you run it for the first time.
It seems pretty secure - even if you hit CTRL+ALT+DEL, it disallows access to the taskman and shut down. You set your own custom PW.
Plus it has a cool Matrix-like screen saver.
I made this half-pony, half-monkey monster to please you.
