Transfer portable settings to the non portable version?

I'm using the portable version of Firefox. If I were to install the non portable version on my desktop what would I have to do to transfer my portable version settings to the desktop installation?

In general, the settings for regular Firefox are stored in

C:\Documents and Settings\{user}\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\{randomcode}.default

(or something similar)

and those for the portable version are in

x:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\Data\profile

For the most part, just copy the files. Make backups first, in case "just copy" breaks something. WinMergePortable might help.
